As I mentioned earlier, I had the amazing opportunity to learn from Kris Crunk, who taught me so much about MIDI programming in just 16 weeks. With his guidance, I was able to finally tackle a goal I’d been working towards for a while. His expertise really helped me get a solid grip on MIDI, and I can’t overstate how much I learned during that time.

I also had the chance to study with Sammy Sanfilippo, who taught me everything I needed to know about part preparation and editorial work. Thanks to him, I gained a real appreciation for the details of music engraving and score prep, skills that are now an essential part of my process.
